Thankful

It is hard to believe that I have been here almost a year as your Senior Pastor. Time flies when you are having fun!

I appreciate many things that God has given us this year.

I am thankful for
1. A united staff that loves their church and each other.
2. A united church that strives to do the most important thing.
3. A spiritual wave of momentum that only the Holy Spirit can give.
4. A church that prays and loves God’s word.

Speaking of God’s word: Dwell on Proverbs 4:20-27 as you head into this week.

My son, pay attention to my words;
listen closely to my sayings.
Don’t lose sight of them;
keep them within your heart.
For they are life to those who find them,
and health to one’s whole body.
Guard your heart above all else,
for it is the source of life.
Don’t let your mouth speak dishonestly,
and don’t let your lips talk deviously.
Let your eyes look forward;
fix your gaze straight ahead.
Carefully consider the path for your feet,
and all your ways will be established.
Don’t turn to the right or to the left;
keep your feet away from evil.
