They say leadership is taking people where they wouldn’t go by themselves.
So, imagine the people of Israel. Left to their own counsel, they would
have worshiped a golden calf or simple gone back to Egypt. But through the
faithful leadership of Moses and Joshua, they now stood before the walls
of Jericho with the Promised Land on the other side. Today, God is still
using leaders of faith to bring His people to the place of promise.
